Preliminary Industrial Inspection Findings
Preliminary findings from Krupp, Henschel, Rheinmetall, Daimler-Benz, and Leuna indicate that current production is sufficient for immediate operations. Henschel and Daimler-Benz are operating near ninety percent capacity, while Krupp and Rheinmetall retain strong medium artillery output. Several risks require attention. Heavy vehicle production is slowed by limited specialized tooling. Leuna’s fuel output remains strong but is near maximum capacity and depends heavily on uninterrupted coal deliveries from Silesia. Skilled German machinists and technical foremen are in short supply, reducing efficiency despite the availability of foreign labor. The greatest concern is transport standardization. Fourteen truck engine variants are currently in use, creating avoidable strain on spare parts and field repairs. High-grade steel reserves appear sufficient for roughly three months of intensive operations, but not for a prolonged war. I recommend immediate suspension of non-essential civilian vehicle production, protection of Leuna and Silesian coal routes, exemption of essential industrial specialists from front-line conscription, and standardization around the Opel Blitz chassis.
